The machine is an older Lucas 3" spindle HBM 7 1/2 HP. The Material is A36 mild steel. I'll post a pic of the job a bit later this morning. Power isn't a huge issue with the machine I am currently using a 8" face mill 10 insert that used dnmg 43_ inserts.
